نجمع بيانات الحساب التي تقدمها مثل البريد الإلكتروني، وبيانات المساحات المالية والحركات والمستندات التي تختار إضافتها، وبيانات تقنية محدودة لازمة للأمان وتشغيل الجلسات ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
لا نبيع بياناتك المالية أو نستخدم محتواها لإعلانات موجهة. تبقى بيانات كل حساب مفصولة عن الحسابات الأخرى وفق الصلاحيات.
لماذا نستخدم البيانات؟
نستخدم البيانات لتقديم الخدمة، تنفيذ الحسابات والتقارير، حماية الحساب، إرسال رسائل التحقق والتنبيهات التي طلبتها، وتحسين موثوقية المنتج.
لا ينشئ الذكاء الاصطناعي حركة مالية نهائية تلقائياً؛ تكون مخرجاته مسودات تحتاج مراجعة وموافقة حيث يلزم.
الحفظ والمشاركة والأمان
نقيد الوصول بحسب الدور والحساب، ونستخدم تشفير النقل وضوابط الجلسات وسجل التدقيق. لا نشارك البيانات إلا مع مزود لازم لتشغيل الخدمة، أو بموافقتك، أو عندما يفرض القانون ذلك.
تختلف مدة الاحتفاظ حسب نوع البيانات والمتطلبات المحاسبية والقانونية. عند طلب الحذف نمحو أو نخفي البيانات التي يجوز حذفها، ونحتفظ فقط بما يلزم قانونياً أو لمنع الاحتيال والنزاعات.

What data do we collect?
We collect the account data you provide, such as your email address; the financial workspace data, transactions and documents you choose to add; and limited technical data needed for security, session operation and abuse prevention.
We do not sell your financial data or use its content for targeted advertising. Each account's data is kept separate from other accounts according to permissions.
Why do we use data?
We use data to provide the service, run calculations and reports, protect your account, send the verification messages and alerts you requested, and improve product reliability.
Artificial intelligence never creates a final financial transaction automatically; its output is a draft that needs review and approval where required.
Retention, sharing and security
We restrict access by role and account, and use transport encryption, session controls and an audit log. We share data only with a provider needed to operate the service, with your consent, or where the law requires it.
Retention periods vary by data type and by accounting and legal requirements. When you request deletion we erase or hide the data that may be deleted, and keep only what is legally required or needed to prevent fraud and disputes.
