بعد تسجيل الدخول افتح «إعدادات الحساب»، ثم «إدارة حذف الحساب». أكد الطلب بكلمة مرورك داخل التطبيق؛ لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رمز التحقق عبر البريد.
إذا تعذر عليك الدخول، راسل info@sumpage.com من البريد المسجل بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب SumPage» لاستعادة الوصول أو إتمام التحقق بطريقة آمنة.
ماذا يحدث بعد الطلب؟
يُوقف الوصول أولاً بعد التحقق، ثم تُحذف أو تُخفى البيانات الشخصية التي يجوز حذفها. قد تبقى قيود مالية أو سجلات تدقيق محدودة عندما يلزم ذلك قانونياً أو لحماية حقوق أطراف أخرى، مع تقييد استخدامها.
إذا كنت المالك الوحيد لمساحة مشتركة أو تجارية، سنطلب نقل الملكية أو إغلاق الالتزامات المفتوحة قبل حذفها حتى لا تتضرر بيانات أعضاء آخرين.
النسخة والتراجع
يبدأ الطلب بمهلة تراجع مدتها 30 يوماً ويمكن إلغاؤه من الشاشة نفسها. اطلب تصدير بياناتك قبل انتهاء المهلة إذا كنت تحتاج نسخة منها؛ وبعد التنفيذ النهائي قد لا نتمكن من استعادتها.

How to submit a request
After signing in, open "Account settings", then "Manage account deletion". Confirm the request with your password inside the app; do not send your password or verification code by email.
If you cannot sign in, email info@sumpage.com from the registered email with the subject "SumPage account deletion request" to regain access or complete verification securely.
What happens after the request?
Access is suspended first after verification, then personal data that may be deleted is erased or hidden. Limited financial records or audit logs may remain where legally required or to protect the rights of other parties, with restricted use.
If you are the sole owner of a shared or business workspace, we will ask you to transfer ownership or close open obligations before deleting it so that other members' data is not harmed.
Copy and reversal
The request starts with a 30-day grace period and can be cancelled from the same screen. Ask for an export of your data before the period ends if you need a copy; after final execution we may be unable to restore it.
